Davey D's Blog is a must read on my Monday mornings. Got to get my fix. Interesting articles and some good topic starters. This one is about one of my favorite topics and alot of rappers taboo's, the Conscious Hip Hop label. I for one champion it cause I think that there needs to be different levels for different things and that doesn't have to be negative. I also think that making that negative is kinda ridiculous because people need music that will give them more and hopefully open them up to different things. For alot of people Cds are like books (which in itself is another discussion, but true), so all types of literature are necessary to feed the mind. Especially when the vast majority of it is fiction.
